Paid $75 for an "Unlimited" Plan, but Only Received 18 Generation Credits

Hello Mathify team,
I purchased the $75 paid plan because it was advertised as unlimited. However, after subscribing, I noticed that my account only has 18 generation credits.
This is very confusing and doesn't match what was shown before I made the purchase. Could you please explain why the plan is now limited to 18 generations? If the plan has changed, it would have been helpful if this had been clearly communicated before payment.
I'd appreciate your clarification and a resolution. Thank you.

Your subscription is the Pro (legacy) plan (product ID: 3a9a4cd9-116d-4261-a135-83f84c670aff), which includes unlimited generations. You will never lose that benefit. The plan is grandfathered, and you can confirm that it appears as “Pro (legacy)” in your Polar dashboard.
The 18-generation limit shown on the pricing page applies only to the current plans offered to new customers (new product ID: 3cc48be7-e297-40f8-a7e0-75a8670d93f7). It does not apply to your subscription. We recently changed the public pricing and failed to make it clear in the pricing page that existing legacy subscribers would keep the terms they originally purchased. I completely understand why you believed your plan had been changed after payment.
I’m sorry again for the confusion. I have improved the UI of the pricing page to make the situation more clear (see attached screenshots).

P.S. The unlimited plan may become available to new customers again, although that has not been decided. We are currently testing different prices and usage limits to understand demand and protect Mathify’s resources after a recent surge in new users. If the unlimited plan returns, it may be offered at a higher price. The intention from the beginning was for you to keep unlimited generations at the price you originally paid, so I would encourage you to retain that grandfathered benefit.
